Tina tied the knot on 20th March 2018, with her boyfriend, Athar Aamir Khan. He is also an IAS Officer. They married in the Court Marriage of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The couple first met in the year 2015, at the IAS Felicitation Ceremony at the DoPT Office, in Delhi. At Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy for Administration in Mussoorie, they fell in love during IAS training. In November 2020, they filed for divorce in a Jaipur Family Court. And in August 2021, they were granted a divorce.
On 20th April 2022, she ties the knot with IAS Officer, Pradeep Gawande, and their reception was held at Jaipur, on 22 April 2022.

Dabi was born in Bhopal, but when she was in the 7th standard, her family shifted to Delhi. She did her schooling at the Convent of Jesus and Marry in New Delhi. After that, she completed her Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, in New Delhi. From her first year of graduation, she started her preparation for the UPSC exam. Tina Dabi IAS age was 22 years when she cracked the CSE exam.

Tina Dabi Major Posts
In the year 2016, she joined as an Assistant Secretary on deputation for 13 weeks in the Ministry of micro Small and Medium Enterprises of Government of India.
In the year 2017, she received her first posting in Ajmer, Rajasthan as an Assistant Collector.
On 26th October 2018, she was appointed as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
In July 2020, she was posted in Sri Ganganagar as CEO Zilla Parishad.
In November 2020, she was appointed to the Finance (Text) Department in Jaipur, Rajasthan as Joint Secretary.
On 6th July 2022 she took charge as the 65th district collector & magistrate of Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer District.
