Anudeep Durishetty Biography
IAS topper Anudeep Durishetty was born on 6 July 1989, in Chittarpur, Metpally, Jagityal District, Telangana. After completing his studies, he worked at Google. And the preparation for the examination started. On his first attempt, he could not able to clear the exam, but on his second attempt, he clears the exam and got the position of IRS.
After that in another two attempts, he could not clear the exam again. But this did not stop him to try again for the UPSC exam. His courage and dedication helped him to achieve the heights of his dream.
He finished his schooling at Sri Suryodaya High School, in Metpalli, and Sri Chaitanya Junior College, in Hyderabad. Then, he completed a bachelor’s in technology in Electronics & Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan in 2011.
He likes to play football, doing blogging, read books, watch cricket, and Photography.

Anudeep Durishetty Attempts
Anudeep Durishetty hailing from Telangana failed three times in his attempt at the IAS. But still, he did not give up on his dream of becoming an IAS officer and worked harder than before to achieve his goal and in his fifth attempt, he become a UPSC topper. Anudeep first attempted the UPSC exam in 2012. The next year, in 2013, he was selected for the Indian Revenue Services.
He couldn’t clear his attempts in 2014 and 2015. But Anudeep was determined enough to try one more time. He was working in Hyderabad as an Assistant Commissioner (Customs & Indirect Taxes) when the 2017 results of the UPSC were announced and declared him a topper.
Anudeep Durishetty Family & Wife
IAS Durishetty Anudeep was born in Telangana. His father’s name is Durishetty Manohar was an Additional Assistant Engineer at Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Ltd., and his mother’s name is Jyothi is a homemaker.
Anudeep married Madhavi, and both have a son. The Kothagudem District Collector, Anudeep Durishetty’s wife Madhavi was admitted to the government hospital at Bhadrachalam for delivery in November 2021.
Anudeep expresses his gratitude for the role played by his family and friends in his miraculous success. He also appreciates his peers and senior officers in the Indian Revenue Service for their support and encouragement.

Anudeep Durishetty Preparation Strategy
Anudeep admits thatĀ it was not easy to be done both a full-time job and the IAS preparation at the same time.
He did not join any official coaching classes, but his studies relied on the internet for guidance. Also, most of his studies were done on the weekends.
His advice to future aspirants is to learn from your mistakes and improve your weaknesses, also never forget the lesson from your failures.
He also advises the aspirants to prepare the notes according to their understanding and revise them regularly. Go through the UPSC syllabus and prepare accordingly.
Practice previous years’ question papers are must for a better understanding of the answer writing and pattern of the questions.
