Ishita Rathi, 26, who took the civil services exam in 2021 and finished eighth, claims she studied for the examination using internet resources. She is the daughter of an assistant sub-inspector and head constable in the Delhi Police. Both ASI Meenakshi Rathi and her father, Head Constable Iqbal Rathi, are assigned to the South-East District and the Traffic Unit, respectively. The family resides in Chhatarpur Village in Delhi. Ishita Rathi Strategy For UPSC Ishita stated she did not enroll in any additional tutoring for this exam. She utilized newspapers and periodicals for current affairs in the UPSC test and major best-selling books that cover history and Laxmikanth politics as sources of assistance. Ishita also claimed to study first thing in the morning. When Ishita finished her postgraduate studies in 2019, she made her first try. In 2020 again she did her second try in which she qualified in mains test and reached interview round. And in the third try 2021, she obtained 8th place in the UPSC test.
